I worked with the digital team to rethink the flow (no pun intended) of the entire Thinx user experience.

In 2020, the digital product team at Thinx wanted to revamp everything: the checkout flow, the refer-a-friend flow, and the overall website. I was the copywriter in charge of working alongside our digital team to strategize the next version of the Thinx website. I worked with the UX designers on the flow of the pages and wrote copy, all the way from wireframes to final designs of the new website.
